Heidi & Nathan took over the running of the Butchery from Marcus in 2019, after Nathan had worked alongside Marcus for many years, completing his apprenticeship in the shop. Marcus was known for his excellent quality and was driven to provide mouth-watering selection: He was know as ‘the sausage king’ - having won The Sausage Awards twice with his outstanding sausage recipes.

Nathan carries on this legacy — and the sausages — and continues to provide top quality meat cuts and products for the local community.

Heidi and Nathan have four gorgeous boys, who with a bit of luck, one might just grow up to take over the family business one day too.
